Poached turbot fillet with a tiger prawn saffron sauce and buttered spinach
Caramelised shallot tart tatin with melting Keldthwaite Gold cheese and a roasted red pepper sauce
All served with new potatoes and a selection of vegetables
Milk chocolate and praline torte with Baileys ice cream
Lemon creme bulle with a fresh raspberry mille feuille
Selection of local cheeses with walnut bread, fine biscuits, homemade chutney, grapes and celery
Filter coffee or Tea with homemade confectionery
